Cafeteria
The hospital cafeteria is open for breakfast daily from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. daily. Coffee, tea and vending machines are also available in the cafeteria 24 hours a day.
Parking/Security
Visitor parking is provided in designated areas of the hospital lot. Spaces for handicapped parking are also available. While we strive to keep all areas of the hospital secure, we are not responsible for vehicle damage, fire or theft while parked in the hospital lot.
Our security staff is available to assist you 24 hours a day. From 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the parking lot gates are closed for security purposes. The gate located on Monterey Avenue will open when a vehicle approaches closely. The security staff will provide escorts to and from cars.
Family Concerns
Family members may meet with clinical staff at patient team conferences which are arranged to discuss a loved one’s current condition and progress. During these conferences, questions, concerns and plans for care may be discussed among our various clinical disciplines. Conference time may be scheduled by calling Social Services at (909) 391-0333, extension 4872.
Post-Hospital Care
When your doctor determines you no longer need the specialized services of our hospital but still require medical care, he or she may discharge you to a skilled nursing facility, a rehabilitation center or to home care. Our discharge planner will help arrange for the services you may need after leaving the hospital.
Medicare and supplemental insurance policies have limited coverage for skilled nursing care and home healthcare. You should check your policies to be certain what services will be covered.
